Floating on the surface,
intensity is all I'm seeing.
Living in the reflection,
I am soaring
on the edge of being.
(2/3) "Depersonalization"
​
Blurred vision
and my reality is bleeding.
Surroundings are permeating,
dissolving,
my boundaries are fleeting.
(3/3) "Derealization"
​
An illuminated world
Is beaming.
Impostors and masks,
nothing is as it seems.
It feels as though
I am dreaming.
This collection was showcased in the Photovoice photography exhibit at the Design Exchange in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in collaboration with CAMH Learn Centre called The View From Here: A Perspective into the lives of those with mental health conditions

Psychotic Daze series is a portayal of the psychotic symptoms of a manic bipolar episode. From enhanced sensory experience and delusions of grandiose, to perceptual changes of depersonalization and derealization.

why do people shut their eyes when they kiss? being caught in a kiss can be the most magic that is earthly possible. it is the best way to lose your entire existence in one insignificant moment of raw humanity. it stops time and dissolves boundaries, and cannot be quantified by any dimension. it is everything and nothing in a single step which is both unimaginable and predictable. it pulls the invisible strings of two beings in closer than a conversation. not even a steamroller could stop that spark. it both never ends and constantly begins again. when those lips pull apart it could not be the same, but too, it is infinitely ongoing.
so, here is to my life with you, may it be endless.
